Your order should have reached you in perfect condition and we hope that it is to your total satisfaction. (If by chance the packaging arrives damaged, it is essential that this is recorded when signing for your goods)
Please be aware that if an item is not listed on your invoice then it is out of stock.
A message will be sent to your Union Jack World account to advise on the expected delivery of these items.
Returns must be notified to our office in advance.
The office will then issue a Returns Reference Number which must be clearly displayed on the returned parcel and enclosed correspondence.
Damaged or Faulty Products must be notified to our office within 24 hours and returned to us within 14 days of dispatch.
Shortages must be reported to our office within 24 hours – after this period of time we are not at liberty to replace or refund you.
Unacceptable If you return an item or report a shortage outside the terms of our policy, your statutory rights do not apply. We will not refund or replace the product.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund of the purchase price on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. A deduction will be made if the value of the returned goods has been reduced because of you handling them more than was necessary.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where incorrect goods are received or are in a damaged/faulty condition.
If you have supplied incorrect sizes for your products we will endeavour to exchange subject to stock availability. You are liable for all courier costs.
Statutory Right when an item has a fault that was present when it was delivered, or a fault that appeared soon after purchase (after 28 days), you may have the right to return the item for a full refund or the right to a replacement. These rights do not apply in respect of fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or where you decide you no longer want the item.
Goods purchased from us may not be used for resale.

If you have any complaints or see anything that you know to be incorrect please email us so that we can correct it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and inform you of how we will intend to resolve the dispute.
